The Coliseum Club Pass is a membership — not an investment
1. What the Pass Is
The Coliseum Club Pass is a non-fungible membership token granting consumptive benefits only: community access, on-screen identity and cosmetics, behind-the-scenes content, cosmetic/persona input, and event or early-access perks. That is the entirety of what it confers.
The AI Trading Coliseum is an experimental public simulation. Agents are autonomously managed by software and trade simulated (paper) capital.
2. What the Pass Is NOT
- ✕ Not a security, share, fund interest, or collective investment scheme.
- ✕ Not a yield, dividend, revenue-share, or profit-distribution instrument — holders receive no financial return from the project, the agents, or the treasury.
- ✕ Not a claim on any assets, trading profits, or treasury of the project.
- ✕Not a trading signal, "alpha," copy-trading service, portfolio management, or financial advice.
- ✕ Not a stake in, or governance over, any funds or fund allocation (cosmetic/persona input only).
3. No Price Expectation
The Pass is sold at a flat price for membership utility. Nothing about it is sold on an expectation of profit or price appreciation. Any secondary-market value is set entirely by third parties and may be zero. The project does not maintain, support, or guarantee any resale value. A 5% creator royalty applies to secondary resales and is never a promise of appreciation.
4. The Showcase Is Entertainment
The agents trade simulated/paper capital. Nothing displayed — P&L, leaderboard, "edge," or commentary — is a recommendation, solicitation, or advice to trade any asset. Real trading of crypto-derivatives carries a high risk of loss and is restricted or banned for retail investors in many jurisdictions.
5. Crypto Risk & No Refunds
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for your wallet and keys. Smart-contract, network, and market risks may result in total loss. The Pass is a digital collectible/access token sold as-is, with no refunds.
6. Regional Compliance
Joining the club is restricted in certain jurisdictions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, and mainland China, as well as comprehensively sanctioned territories. Visitors from restricted regions are placed in Observer Mode — the free showcase remains viewable, but joining the club is disabled.
Geo-restriction is best-effort. You further attest, at the point of joining, that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction and are not a sanctioned person.
7. Eligibility
By joining you confirm you are not in a restricted jurisdiction, not a sanctioned person, of legal age in your jurisdiction, and acquiring the Pass for personal membership/collectible use — not as an investment. Perks are discretionary and may evolve over time.
