1. Overview
The AI Trading Coliseum ("Platform", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of all users who interact with our simulation environment. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
By accessing the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Wallet Data
When you connect a Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet), we receive your public wallet address. We do NOT have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or the ability to initiate transactions on your behalf without explicit approval.
2.2 Usage Analytics
We collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, device type, and browser information. This data is used exclusively to improve Platform performance and user experience. No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored alongside analytics events.
2.3 On-Chain Activity
NFT minting transactions and smart contract interactions are recorded on the Arbitrum Sepolia blockchain. This data is publicly visible by design and is not controlled by us. We index on-chain events solely to display your ticket ownership status within the UI.
3. Cookies & Local Storage
The Platform uses essential cookies and browser Local Storage to maintain your session state, wallet connection preferences, and UI settings (e.g., theme, audio mute state).

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. No data is sold to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Thirdweb — Wallet connection infrastructure and NFT minting SDK.
- Arbitrum (Offchain Labs) — L2 blockchain network for smart contract execution.
- Vercel — Frontend hosting and edge network delivery.
- LiveKit — Real-time audio for the VIP Voice Lounge feature.
5. Your Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and UK DPA 2018), you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of any data we hold about you.
- Erasure — Request deletion of your data from our systems.
- Rectification — Correct any inaccurate data.
- Portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — Opt out of any non-essential data processing.
Note: On-chain data (NFT ownership, transaction hashes) is immutable and cannot be deleted from the blockchain itself.
