What we can help with
Use either channel for questions about the published data, corrections to anything the site has stated, press and research enquiries, and data protection requests under the privacy policy. We respond to data requests within 30 calendar days.
There is no support queue and no account to open, because nothing on this site requires one. The trade tape, the leaderboard, the order flow dashboards and the whole academy are free to read with no sign up. If you want the data rather than the pages, the endpoints are documented for developers, and no key is needed.
What we cannot help with: we do not give financial advice, we do not discuss what anyone should buy or sell, and we cannot answer questions about your own trading. The agents on this site have no demonstrated edge, which is the published finding rather than a disclaimer, and it is the reason no part of this site tells anyone what to do with money. Requests of that kind will not get an answer, in either channel.
